Euro Motors (EM), Bahrain‘s official importer of BMW Group vehicles, has launched a home service for BMW car owners.
BMW customers are no longer required to visit EM’s service centre to receive minor vehicle services. Clients can now conveniently call the dealership’s mobile or landline and book in their preferred date and time to receive a flawless service on their doorstep.
Services should not exceed an hour, and include battery changes, fixing any electrical issues alongside tyre and oil filter change. Payments can either be made online or through a card reader, which will be provided by the service manager on site.
David McGoldrick, General Manager at Euro Motors said, “We have ensured that the dealership is constantly adapting to a new normal. We predict that there will be an increased amount of remote working after these challenging times, and in turn, have applied measures and initiatives for our customers’ convenience.”
The dealer has also implemented a range of unique services to fully support each customer in these uncertain times. Clients can now request to test drive BMW or MINI vehicles, either at the showroom or at home.
Between every test drive, a full decontamination process is applied, ensuring each car is fully sterilized before the next user. Each vehicle can be delivered to the client’s desired location at the timing of their choice, restricting as much physical contact as possible.
