Euro Motors Bahrain, the authorised dealer of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Bahrain, celebrated winning one of just four possible awards at the Rolls-Royce Regional Dealer Conference – taking home the esteemed ‘Engage’ accolade for exceptional Customer Relations Management, Sales and Ownership Services.
The luxury setting of this year’s conference was the Mandarin Oriental in Dubai – the perfectly chic backdrop for an exclusive and elegant brand such as Rolls-Royce. The event embraced the theme of ‘Performing while transforming’ and celebrated the many successes of Rolls-Royce dealers in the region.
César Habib, Rolls-Royce Regional Director for Middle East and Africa explains: “In order to win a complete category you need to be successful in many areas of the business. We didn’t get to be where we are today, with the highest Customer Pay revenue versus target, and the highest Customer retention rate in the world, without being perfectionists. And so, from this outstanding position, we push ourselves further.”
